1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing gentechapps.com, creating an account, or submitting any form on this website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Gen Tech Apps, LLC provides technology education programs — including camps, courses, individual sessions, and events — for youth ages 8–18 and adults, based in Sandpoint, Idaho. All registrations and bookings are subject to availability and instructor approval.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.

4. SMS Messaging Consent

By providing a phone number on our website — whether during account sign-up, a booking request, or a party inquiry — you expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Gen Tech Apps at the number provided. Depending on how you provide your number, these messages fall into two categories:

Transactional messages (sent to anyone who provides a phone number in connection with a booking, inquiry, or account) may include:

• Session confirmations and reminders
• Schedule changes or cancellations
• Responses to your submitted inquiries
• Enrollment updates

Promotional messages (sent only to account holders who separately opt in by checking the consent box during sign-up) may include:

• New program and course announcements
• Event and open-lab promotions
• Re-enrollment and seasonal offers

Message frequency varies based on your bookings and account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out of SMS messages at any time, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message. To re-subscribe, reply START. Reply HELP for support, or contact us at info@gentechapps.com.

Mobile opt-in information and SMS consent are never shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for any purpose, including their own marketing.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Program fees and deposits are non-refundable unless a session is cancelled by Gen Tech Apps. If we cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or credit at your discretion. Please contact us at info@gentechapps.com with any billing questions.

6. Conduct and Eligibility

Our programs are designed for youth ages 8–18 and adults. Parents or guardians must register on behalf of minor participants. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program for disruptive or unsafe behavior without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on gentechapps.com — including curriculum materials, logos, and website design — is the property of Gen Tech Apps, LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gen Tech Apps, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable session or program.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
